RQ-00203078 is an orally available potent and selective TRPM8 antagonist that potently reduces cation currents induced by menthol and other TRPM8 agonists. RQ-00203078 inhibits HSC3 and HSC4 oral squamous carcinoma cell migration and invasion in vitro.
