Raphin1 is an orally available, brain penetrant, potent and selective inhibitor of protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 15B (PPP1R15B; R15B). It does not inhibit PP1c. Raphin1 transiently decreases protein synthesis in cells. It is efficacious in mouse model of Huntington’;s disease.
