MLS1082 is a D1 dopamine receptor positive allosteric modulator (PAM) that binds to a different allosteric site than than MLS6585 (CID 2886111). When given together, they cause an additive potentiation of dopamine potency for both cAMP accumulation and β-arrestin recruitment.
