JI130 is a cell penetrant, potent and selective inhibitor of the helix-loop-helix transcription factor Hes1 that blocks Hes1-mediated transcriptional repression. JI130 potently inhibits pancreatic cancer cell lines proliferation, and shrink tumor in a mice pancreatic tumor xenograft model.
