IL-17RA FC FUSION BIOTIN-LABELED
General description
Human secreted interleukin 17 receptor A (IL-17RA) Fc fusion protein, also known as, IL-17 receptor A and CD217, GenBank Accession No. NM_014339, a.a 33-320, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 with a Cterminal Avitag™ , expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. The protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avitag™ technology. This protein runs at a higher M.W. by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
