GSK-650394 is a potent and selective Serum- and glucocorticoid-regulated kinase 1 (SGK1) antagonist.

GSK-650394 has an IC₅₀ value of 62nM for serum and glucocorticoid-activated kinase-1 (SGK1) and 103nM for SGK2. It has an ability to stop viral replication at concentrations that are nontoxic to cells.
