Arformoterol is the active isomer of formoterol. Arformoterol is a selective β2-adrenergic receptor agonist, a long-acting beta adrenergic agonist (LABA). Arformoterol is a bronchodilator used clinically as an anti-asthmatic and for treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
