Trypsin inhibitor-Agarose, saline suspension, trypsin inhibitor from Glycine max (soybean)
Application
Trypsin inhibitor-agarose is used in protein chromatography, affinity chromatography and specialty resins. Trypsin inhibitor-agarose has been used in a study to characterize soybean trypsin inhibitor sensitive protease from unfertilized sea urchin eggs. Trypsin inhibitor-agarose has also been used in a study to isolate and characterize ovochymase, a chymotrypsin-like protease released during Xenopus laevis egg activation.
