General description

KappaSelect is an affinity chromatography resin designed for the purification of human Fab (kappa) fragments. It is a rigid agarose base matrix that facilitates high flow rates and large volume processing of samples for efficient throughput. The Fab purity and productivity are maintained by the low ligand leakage. Non-mammalian derived product is also effective in binding IgG, IgA, and IgM target molecules.
