Application

Dulbecco?s phosphate buffered saline has been used :To study how ultrasound could enhance the delivery of anti inflammatory drug through cornea in corneal infections.In the detection of microtubules in sludge worms.For recovering bone marrow cells from the femur of green fluorescent protein (GFP) expressing mice.To study the inhibitory effect of 3-methyladenine on autophagy, in normal rat kidney (NRK) cell expressing GFP-LC3 (autophagy marker).
