Application
To be mixed with acrylamide for making polyacrylamide gels for use in protein and nucleic acid electrophoresis.
N,N?-Methylenebisacrylamide solution has been used as a component of hydrogel precursor solution and magnified analysis of the proteome (MAP) gel solution during hydrogel fabrication. It has also been used as a component of re-embedding solution during re-embedding of expanded hydrogels.

N,N?-Methylenebisacrylamide solution is a cross-linking agent used in polyacrylamide gel preparation.
