Lonza SeaKem ME Agarose - 125g
A moderate EEO agarose that is often used for serum protein electrophoresis, IEP and occasionally for nucleic acid electrophoresis. With a standard melting temperature and gel strength similar to SeaKem®LE Agarose, it is optimised to quickly and easily differentiate between the 5 major protein groups seen in an SPEP test.
