Sigma’;s PCR 50 - 2,000 bp Marker contains 8 dsDNA fragments from 50 – 2,000 bases, evenly spaced. Five µl of the ladder can be loaded directly in a single lane on an agarose or polyacrylamide gel.

Other Notes

For optimal resolution, the recommended agarose gel concentration is 2.0%.

Contains 8 bands, 50–2,000 bp in predictably spaced (ladder) double-stranded DNA fragments.
