Application

MystiCq^® microRNA qPCR Assay Primer has been used in a reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) for the quantification of microRNAs. It has also been used in real-time PCR for detection of miRNA as a screening marker for diabetic cardiomyopathy.
