General description


A heterogeneous mixture of ribonucleases specially prepared to be free of deoxyribonuclease activity according to the current Quality Control procedures.

Unlike most RNase preparations, no boiling before use is necessary to remove DNase activity.


Preparation Note


Working concentration: 50 µg/ml is the recommended working concentration of RNase, DNase-free, for the isolation of genomic DNA.Working solution: Recommended in dilution buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl, 5 mM CaCl2, 50% glycerol (v/v), pH 7.0
