Application

The ?-NADH phosphate disodium salt has been used for the quantification of glucose in glycogen. It has also been used for the hexokinase assay.

General description

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP) and NADPH form a redox pair. The NADPH/NADP ratio regulates the intracellular redox potential, thereby influencing metabolic reactions in vivo.
