The most commonly used wash and incubation buffer for Western blotting in a convenient 10X concentrate. Ultra-pure reagents and stringent quality control ensures the best results from your experiments. When diluted to 1X, National Diagnostics' TBST yields a buffer containing 25mM tris, 137mM sodium chloride, 2.7mM potassium chloride and 0.05% TWEEN-20.

Keep in a tightly closed container, stored in a cooled, dry, ventilated area. Avoid contact and inhalation. Do not get in eyes, on skin, on clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling.
