Tris-Glycine-SDS PAGE Buffer (10X) is a concentrated solution of Tris-Glycine-SDS in distilled/deionized water, especially intended for use as the running buffer in SDS-PAGE of proteins.

Each bottle of Tris-Glycine-SDS PAGE Buffer (10X) contains 0.25M Tris base, 1.92M glylcine, and 1% (w/v) SDS.

Keep in a tightly closed container, stored in a cooled, dry, ventilated area. Avoid contact and inhalation. Do not get in eyes, on skin, on clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling.
