BD Vacutainer® EDTA tubes are used to obtain a whole blood or EDTA plasma sample. K2 Potassium Salt of EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic acid) is used as an anticoagulant. K2EDTA is a liquid solution that is spray coated onto the interior surface of the BD Vacutainer® Tubes.

Block labels on 3, 4 and 6mL tubes; paper type label on 10mL

Mixing recommendation: EDTA tubes should be gently inverted 180° and back 8-10 times
