Translucent and semi-rigid tubing. Resistant to most known chemicals at room temperature. High temperature resistant. Suitable for applications in chromatography, trace metal analysis, pollution sampling, reactive catalyst procedures, metallurgical corrosion testing, pharmaceuticals, dissolution and hot acid etchings. Non-stick characteristics are useful in transferring biological preparations especially where protein binding /absorption occurs. Non-cytotoxic and non-contaminating for critical high purity work. Will not leach into the liquid flow and is non-porous for the safe transfer of aggressive liquids. Can be sterilised by autoclaving, gas, dry heat, disinfectants and boiling nitric acid.
