HI-93501 is a thermistor style thermometer that includes a stainless steel replaceable style penetration probe (FC762PW). It measures temperatures from -50 to 150°C. Standard features include waterproof casing (rated IP65) and stainless steel penetration probe designed for continuous contact with foodstuffs in accordance with regulations. The included batteries provide up to 4500 hours of continuous use. CAL Check™ and the Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS) ensure the highest level of accuracy and confidence.
