Manumycin A is a natural monomeric epoxyquinoid. It has an ability to inhibit tumor necrosis factor (TNF) induced I?B kinase (IKK) activity in various cell types. In addition, manumycin A exhibits anti-tumor property by inhibiting farnesylation of oncogenic Ras.
