Application

General description

V5 Tag Peptide is a synthetic peptide that has an amino acid sequence correspondinh to amino acids 95-108 of the non-structural protein V and to the RNA polymerase a subunit (P protein), of Paramyxovirus SV5 with an N-terminal cysteine.

The amino acid sequence corresponds to amino acids 95-109 of non-structural protein V and to RNA polymerase α subunit (P protein), of Paramyxovirus SV5 with an N-terminal cysteine.
