The Mitochondria Isolation Kit provides a fast and easy method for the isolation of an enriched mitochondrial fraction from cells. Most of the isolated mitochondria will contain inner and outer membranes. The kit contains extraction buffers for both functional studies and proteome profiling. Also included is a storage buffer for intact mitochondria.


Mitochondria Isolation Kit has been used in the isolation of mitochondria from Ewing?s Sarcoma Family of Tumor (ESFT) cells, blood samples from tuberculosis patients, human neuroblastoma cells and glioma cells, myotubes and HepG2 cells.
