Application

Use the α-Glucosidase Assay as a fast, sensitive and specific colorimetric assay for the quantitative determination of neutral α-glucosidase in human semen samples in life science research applications. It is not designed for diagnostic applications. The measurement is performed exclusively in human semen samples as a parameter for the evaluation of male infertility. The kit cannot be used to measure α-glucosidase in other specimens. The assay is compatible with microplate assay formats and standard cuvette formats.
