General description
DNA (Salmon Testes), sonicatedGenomic DNA sheared by sonication for use in hybridization experiments Purified by phenol extraction and freeze dried. Suitable for blocking non-specific binding sites in hybridization experiments to reduce background. Fragmented DNA with a size range from 200-6000 nucleotides. Tested for absence of nuclease.
