The use of T-lymphocytes in adaptive immunotherapy is emerging as an important tool in the treatment of cancer and other clinical applications. Corning's Lymphocyte Serum Free Medium (88-551-CM) supports the proliferation and activation of lymphocytes, including tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), Cytokine-Induced Killer (CIK) cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells. There is technical data to support the use in CAR-T as well as several other important immunotherapy applications.
