Biochem/physiol Actions


5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-?-D-glucuronide sodium salt (X-GlcA) is a colorless substrate. The pre-immobilized X-GlcA can be converted by ?-glucuronidase enzyme, synthesised byEscherichia coli.
