This instrument provides results three to five times more precise than those obtained with conventional electrodes. The 8135BN ROSS combination flat surface pH electrode measures pH of soft, moist surfaces - both solid and semi-solid - such as agar gel plates, meats, bread dough and similar samples. With drift less than 0.002 pH per day and minimised restandardisation, this electrode works in extreme cases of samples varying from one another by 50C or more.
