The Director-Ready? pc-myc-CMV2 Expression Vector is de-phosphorylated after Hind III/Bgl II digestion and is ready for use with the Director Universal Cloning System. pc-myc-CMV2 is for transient, cytoplasmic expression of N-terminal c-myc fusion proteins in mammalian cells.
