General description
IFN-?-2a belongs to the type I interferon protein family. Interferon ? 2A is one among the three variants of IFN-?2. Recombinant human IFN-?-2a is expressed in human 293 cells as a glycosylated monomer of 165 amino acids, with an average molecular weight of 20 kDa (monomer).
