Application
An effective protein fixing solution for pre-stain fixing, suitable for SDS-PAGE, non-denaturing PAGE and IEF. Proteins require fixing into the gel for analytical purposes so that they do not leach out following electrophoresis.
Other Notes
60% (w/v) trichloroacetic acid, 17.5% (w/v) 5-sulfosalicylic acid.
