Alkaline Phosphatase Stop Solution, for ELISA
Application
Stop solution for Alkaline Phosphatase Red and Blue microwell substrate solutions. Use 50 ?l of stop solution per 200?l of reaction mix. Alkaline Phosphatase Stop Solution has been used in terminating the alkaline phosphatase and nitrotetrazolium blue chloride (NBT)/5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate (BCIP) reaction on nitrocellulose membrane.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 100 mL of water and mix for 30-60 min.
