L-Alanine beta-naphthylamide, protease substrate
Application
L-Alanine ?-naphthylamide has been used to determine the activity of alanine aminopeptidase (AAP) in blood samples. It may be used as a fluorescent substrate to assay neutral aminopeptidase (APN) activity in cultured human and mouse chondrocytes.
