N-DECYL- BETA-D-MALTOSIDE
Application
n-decyl-?-D-maltoside may be used as a detergent component in decyl maltopyranoside (DM)/lysis buffer to prevent protein aggregation during purification. It may also be used as a component of lysis buffer in serum amyloid A protein purification.
